CONTEMPORARY LIVING ROOM FURNITURE

The interior design style is a blend of mid-century modern with a contemporary twist. The interior architecture reflects a similar theme. Textured stone stretches accross walls and is accented by concealed lighting strips. The lighting strips open the edges of the space to give it a bigger feeling. Color is restricted to the furniture to emphasize the character of the space.

CONTEMPORARY FIREPLACE DESIGN

The contemporary linear fireplace is a quiet reference in this interior design. The stone fireplace surround wraps around to give a three dimensional feeling.

CONCRETE MASTER BATHROOM COUNTER TOPS

This master bath design features a custom concrete counter top with and integrated concrete sink. The clean shapes of the sink allow the water to drain into a linear slot. The concrete forms were slightly offset in height and depth to accent its design. The vein cut travertine tile backsplash stretches to the edges so the recessed mirror can become a "window". The counter top floats. Storage is placed in a linen storage wall beyond.

WALK-IN MASTER BATH SHOWER ROOM

The master bath shower room is large enough to house the shower area with the tub in the same room. The flooing material is flat with a slight slope to the linear drain. A transluscent glass panel separates the shower room from the lavs. The concrete ledge extends through the glass to become the lav counter top.

SOAKING TUB IN SHOWER ROOM

The large shower room contains a floating soaking tub tucked in the back. Wall tiles in varied textures bring a rich feeling but are unified in color tone to bring a sence of unity. A skylight brings the outdoors into the shower room.

MASTER BEDROOM WITH WARDROBE WALL

This master bedroom design contains a wardrobe wall instead of a walk in closet. Wardrobe walls use less overall space while they have equal capacity to store the wardrobe. The wood work strecthes to all edges and gives capacity from top to bottom and side to side. Beautiul hardware adds stlye to the cabinet design.

Bedding uses a contemporary version of a mid-century theme. Soft color work makes the bedroom peaceful. The bed looks out at the Columbia Gorge.

FLOATING METAL AND CONCRETE STAIRS

A contemporary metal and concrete floating stars leads to more guest suites, a living area and a movie screening room.
